No! You can bring your bike in anytime during our open hours, and a mechanic will receive it, provide a free assessment and estimate, and let you know when you can expect your repair to be completed. Please be aware, during the height of the season (May – September) wait times are often 2-3 weeks.
Do I need to make an appointment to drop off my bike for service?
Yes! Electric bikes have quickly become a staple in the bicycle industry and a huge part of how our shop serves our community. We have carefully chosen the e-bike retailers we work with because we care about the long-term relationship you have with us and your bike! The quality, progressive technology, and customer service we experience have been unmatched with these brands.
It is also very important to us that we can source parts and service the e-bikes we sell. We want to be able to complete warranty work, make repairs, and complete general maintenance for you. We have chosen to partner with reputable brands that have excellent customer service. We currently carry Aventon, Velotric, Retrospec, and Rad Power Bikes. We also occasionally have other brands of used e-bikes for sale.
Do you sell e-bikes?
No, we do not charge a fee for assembly on a bicycle purchased through our shop.
Do you charge a service fee for assembly?
Yes, we can assemble any make or model of bike or e-bike. Our standard assembly rate is $100 for a bike build.
If I brought in a bike, would you assemble it for me?
Rental includes a fully charged battery, helmet, and bike lock.

Yes, we rent bikes! Our most popular rentals are e-bikes. We encourage e-bike shoppers to utilize this option to get a feel for each e-bike’s unique features beyond just a quick test ride. We also have child and cargo trailers and coolers for rent so you can spend time exploring the natural beauty of our area!

Do you charge a card fee?
No, we do not pass on a card fee to our customers. We always appreciate check or cash payment!
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, we take used bikes on trade. We will assess your bike and make you an offer based on our current inventory and needs.
Do you buy used bikes?
Yes. A good portion of our shop is used inventory! If you have a bike you are interested in selling, please call the shop. We will assess your bike and make you an offer based on our current inventory and needs. To make this assessment we will need to see the bike in person or via photos.
